In order for us to assist you with an expungement or pardon, your case must meet the following requirements:
- All your criminal cases must be closed and complete, including any probation or parole sentences.
- Your case must be a state level (not federal) case in Pennsylvania. If you have federal convictions or convictions in states other than Pennsylvania, we are unable to assist.
- You must be a Philadelphia resident or have at least one Philadelphia case on your court summary.
- Because our services are free, we can only assist clients up to 187.5% of the Federal Poverty Level.
- In order for us to assist you with a pardon, you need to have completed your most recent sentence 10 years ago.
- We retain the right to make individual case-based determinations regarding our ability to provide services.
